All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch with your reason for the return along with the condition of the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Once we have assessed the return, we will be in touch with next steps.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and quantity of your order. Any orders over £1,500 ex VAT qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Yes, tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched. If you have not received your tracking details, please contact us with your order reference number and we will get this sorted for you promptly.
